About the forums

Please peruse the Talking Frog forum pages for information on Talking Frog Products.  This page has comments from existing customers, frequently asked questions, and other information discussing Talking Frog's software lineup.

The forums are divided first by product, then by the following categories.

1.  General questions and discussion.(post here if you don't know where else to post)
2.  Suggestions for improvement. (must be registered customer to benefit from used suggestions)
3.  Bug reports. (post here if you have a bug to report.  see rules and suggestions for reporting bugs)
4.  Topics specific to each product (each product may have it's own unique categories)

Please follow the rules and guidelines for submitting posts to the forums.  They are designed to help you solve problems, not vent frustration or flame other members.  By building a friendly community, we can all solve the problems and become more productive.

Advantages of reporting bugs and making suggestions.

There are several advantages to reporting bugs and making suggestions for improvement.  Talking Frog values you, our customers, and as a result of that value, we want to keep an open line to you.  If you encounter a genuine bug and provide good information for fixing that bug, then we will reward that information with discount coupons and early releases.

If you make a suggestion for a new product or significant enhancements to an existing product and Talking Frog decides to develop it, you could be invited to participate in early beta testing when it is ready for release and receive a free copy along with free email support when the product is released for general sale.  Please see the rules at the beginning of the forum for complete details.
